About Us

Our Mission

PWRUP focuses on making the maximum positive effort in our community. We strive to encourage young people to "power up" above society's expectations, while providing a safe mental health outlet for all. If you are struggling, do not hesitate to reach out to us via social media @pwrupthemovement or call a mental health hotline linked below. You are ENOUGH. You are worthy. You are here for a reason. Stay tuned for more seminar dates and merchandise coming soon.

Project heal

PWRUP founder and CEO, Cassidy Hill, is a ProjectHEAL ambassador. Project HEAL is a nonprofit organization in the U.S. focused on equitable treatment access for eating disorders. Project HEAL is the only major direct service nonprofit in the U.S. focused on equitable healthcare access for people with eating disorders. PWRUP works to highlight ProjectHEAL's message and raise funds for ED treatment.
