Over the span of this project, PWRUP The Movement has provided 1000+ cards to mental health recovery centers across the US!
Many individuals that live in inpatient mental health centers suffer from loneliness. Receiving a motivational card not only brightens their day, but could potentially speed up their recovery process!
Contact us via our website or Instagram @pwrupthemovement to get involved! We need people like YOU to continue this initiative!

Because COVID-19 is still prevalent, this year we decided to take our annual walk virtual! Participants from ALL OVER the world joined us in celebrating the end of Mental Health Awareness Month by wearing green and taking a walk in their hometown at 10AM on Saturday May 29th, 2021. We were astounded at the number of virtual participants, some being all the way from South Africa! Together, we can end the stigma. Check out some behind the scenes photos of the walk below!
